BACKGROUND: Marc joined ERA Landmark Real Estate as a Sales Associate in August 2005. He specializes in residential real estate, new construction and vacant land sales.
COMPETITIVE EDGE: A Bozeman resident since 1970, Marc has a thorough knowledge of the Gallatin Valley and surrounding areas. Before joining ERA Landmark, he worked as an account executive with Bozeman’s top-rated radio stations, with a solid grounding in customer service and creative marketing. He consistently exceeded his projected goals during his 12 year career, was a regular Manning Award winner and was nominated in both 2004 and 2005 as the Montana Broadcaster’s Salesperson of the Year.
EDUCATION: Marc received his formal education at Bozeman’s Rosary High School, U.S.M.A. West Point and Montana State University. He considers his continuing education the key to his success, with an emphasis on the study of business fundamentals, marketing and human nature.
COMMUNITY SERVICE & PROFESSIONAL INVOLVEMENT: Marc sits on the Board of Directors for the Baxter Home Owners Association, and is a regular supporter of the United Way, St. Judes Children’s Hospital and the American Red Cross. He is also a member of the National, Montana and Gallatin Association of REALTORS, as well as the Southwest Montana Multiple Listing Service.
PERSONAL: A long time local resident, Marc is partners with his wife of over 25 years in their own business, 3-D Incorporated of Montana, creating whimsical figurines that are marketed nationwide by Big Sky Carvers. His favorite pastimes are hiking, skiing, swimming, reading and conversation. He and Phyllis share their life with their two children, two cats and a Chihuahua.
