BACKGROUND: Kim Spain joined the sales staff of ERA Landmark Real Estate in September of 2005. She currently focuses her interests in new construction, residential real estate and vacant land which are natural progressions from her strong building back ground.
COMPETITIVE EDGE: Kim has more than 25 years of experience as a partner with her husband, Steve, in various land and building projects, owns and manages income property and is now working on extending her portfolio in real estate. Her familiarity with the building industry gives Kim a unique view of the residential and land opportunities in Southwest Montana. She understands the importance of providing her clients with the highest level of customer service and satisfaction. Kim has seen the growth and prosperity of Bozeman and its surrounding areas and can help her clients realize their real estate dreams.
EDUCATION: Kim is a 1979 graduate of Bozeman Senior High School. She also has years of experience in accounting, interior and floral design, management, retail sales and marketing.
COMMUNITY SERVICE & PROFESSIONAL INVOLVEMENT: Kim is very committed to giving back to the Bozeman community. She has donated her time to many community organizations including The Museum of the Rockies, Bozeman Deaconess Hospital, Hawks Boosters, Bozeman High School After Prom, Bozeman School PAC and MDA to name a few. Kim’s many hours of volunteer work at Morning Star Elementary School won her The Unsung Hero Award. She has served on the GAR Membership Committee since 2008 and is a member of the National, Montana and Gallatin Association of Realtors and the Southwest Montana Multiple Listing Service. Kim has earned her certification as a Luxury Home Specialist and was awarded a National Designation of Beyond Excellence in 2009.
PERSONAL: Kim and her husband, Steve, have two children: Brock, finishing his Master’s Degree in Architecture at Montana State University and Brook, starting this winter at the Gary Manuel Aveda Institute of Cosmetology in Seattle, Washington. They enjoy many sports and activities that the great outdoors has to offer here in Bozeman.
