BACKGROUND:
Jim Woodley’s career in real estate started in 1968, working in his families business in Ohio. Besides being in real estate, they also were developers, builders and property managers. Jim has supervised subdivision development, shopping center development and home construction as well as years of sales experience. When working on your behalf, Jim brings 40 years of sales and negotiation experience to the table. He listens to what your needs are and translate those into the best possible experience for you.
Between him and his wife Andi, we can handle all your real estate needs from land to homes to commercial. They also work very well with first time homebuyers. Having lived in Bozeman since 1983, they know the area very well so they can help you find just the right fit.
COMMUNITY SERVICE & PROFESSIONAL INVOLVEMENT:
Jim has been a volunteer with the Child Advancement Program run by the local chapter of Thrive for 9 years. Under the program, he mentors a student once a week in one of the local schools. He also served as the 2000 President of the Gallatin Association of Realtors®, a State Director, Local Director and a Multiple Listing Committee member. Jim is currently serving as the Professional Standards Administrator for the Association.
PERSONAL:
Jim and his wife, Andi, have lived in Bozeman since 1983. They have three children and six grandchildren. Jim loves skiing, horses, travel, morning racquetball games and most
